JUNE 2026 – Small steps can add up to something much bigger. By moving together, every walk, ride, and swim became part of a shared effort for a meaningful cause.

As part of Cyntegrity’s Step into Nature Challenge, colleagues were encouraged to spend more time outdoors and stay active in whatever way suited them best. Across 10 days, participants tracked their steps walked, kilometers cycled, and meters swum, combining individual activity into one collective team result.

The team’s efforts also contributed to supporting the Baheya Foundation and Baheya Hospital in Egypt, which provide women with free breast cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment.

The challenge reflected the spirit of the Butterfly Challenge: every movement counted, and even simple daily actions could contribute to a wider positive impact.

JULY 2024 – Small acts of care can create a lasting impact for animals in need. By coming together, a community can turn compassion into practical support.

As part of the Vox Animalis initiative, Cyntegrity team members joined efforts to support animal welfare and contribute essential supplies where they were needed most.

Through this collaboration, Tamara Beck, Sven Čohadžić, and Mate Nikic helped bring together donations and practical assistance for the initiative. The activity reflects the spirit of the Butterfly Challenge: meaningful change can begin with a simple action, but its effect can extend much further when people work together.

Dr. Yurii Lebid, the CEO of Pharmaxi LLC, a Ukraine-based CRO,  shares his compelling story about securing continued access to investigational medicines and treatments for clinical trial patients and victims of war. 

While others withdrew, Yurii Lebid and his team seized the opportunity to reach out to unique patient groups made possible by the war and successfully kept their sites open. In this challenging environment, his CRO helps war victims by facilitating acute, on-site treatment as part of continued clinical studies.
